Vectura and DOSPACE in collaboration for Upside Stories in Uppsala
Vectura Fastigheter and coworking operator DOSPACE have signed a letter of intent for approximately 2,000 square meters of office space for Upside Stories in Främre Boländerna, Uppsala. DOSPACE is a coworking operator with a focus on Sweden's regional cities and currently has established offices in Linköping, Norrköping, Gävle, and Jönköping. The collaboration between Vectura and DOSPACE allows more companies the opportunity to be a part of the Upside Stories innovation cluster, from startups to larger companies. Move-in for tenants at Upside Stories is estimated to occur from 2025, and for DOSPACE, it is estimated to occur in 2026.
Vectura's major investment in Upside Stories, totaling 40,000 square meters of office, lab, and production space spread across two blocks in Uppsala's new business district, Främre Boländerna, continues to progress. The company has recently signed a letter of intent with DOSPACE for approximately 2,000 square meters of coworking space in one of the blocks. At DOSPACE, offices are designed with a personal touch, all with a common goal: to promote community, well-being, and inspiration as part of the workplace experience.

Through DOSPACE's establishment, other companies in Upside Stories gain flexibility by having the opportunity to expand with additional workspaces as needed.
